We were extremely pleased with our experience at the Caliber Collision Henderson location. Robert and the front-desk team were excellent to deal with. Every interaction was professional, courteous, friendly, and helpful. They communicated clearly, kept us informed, and made sure our questions were answered throughout the repair process. The quality of the repair on our 2024 Ford Mustang Mach-E was excellent, and it was clear that great care was taken with the vehicle from start to finish. Being involved in an accident is never a pleasant experience, but Robert, the front-desk staff, and the entire Henderson repair team made the process much easier and less stressful for us. Please pass along our sincere thanks to Robert and everyone at the Henderson location. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision to friends and family. The customer service was excellent, communication throughout the repair was clear, and the quality of the completed work was very good. Robert and the front desk staff were professional and helpful, and even when the repair was delayed because replacement panels supplied by Ford arrived damaged, Caliber handled the situation properly and kept me informed. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would be comfortable using the Henderson location again

The vehicle looked excellent when it was returned to me, everything appeared to have been repaired properly, and I have not identified any issues with the work completed.
