When i first arrived at the nth 5th store one of your adjusters (who sits to the left side of the customer service area) said do you have an appointment? I said my insurance adjuster told me to come to the store...he said...so you don't have an appointment...no good morning, no welcome just a negative condensending manner. After some conversations with one of the female workers I decided to wait to see if anything comes into the shop....she never asked if I had an estimate, which I will explain later. So Ii waited about an hour and another female associate showed up and started receiving customers at the service counter. One gentleman came in who did not have an appointment but an estimate and she took him in right away. After they finished thier transaction I approached the female associate and asked what the process was as I was told I had to have an appointment...she explained if I had an estimate she could process me. I provided the estimate...Once the intake was done I saw Adam, who was very helpful and I turned over the car to him. A day later I recieved a call from Adam saying that they were transferring my car to the down town location as they were having compressor issues. Once downtown I was not contracted by that office...I had to call and find out specific information and continually follow up on status until finished...

My car vibrates going 65. My bumper is not put on all the way and it took them another week to get it done then what they said. And I was told a day before they switch the date now I have to take my car back again and go back to ubering to and from work
