I got a call around 10am stating "You need to come pick your car up by 5 pm." I would've appreciated a bit more heads up, like maybe call the day before. I had to take time off work. When I showed up, my car had a very obvious flaw that needed to be fixed. It was fixed but I never should've had to deal with that.
