My Experience

All repairs were completed in a timely fashion. I even got my car back a week before they said it would be ready. My estimator kept me informed and was easy to work with. Special kudos to assistant manager Matt who had to call the car rental place several times on my behalf to get them to pick me up. I could have easily walked there but it was hot so I appreciated the ride. I even got a free upgrade from the rental company so it all turned out okay. Hopefully I won’t be in another accident but if I were I definitely would use Fix Auto again.

I had an overall good experience with Fix Auto. My car was ready a week early and the repairs made it look like my car had never been rear ended. Plus my car had been washed and detailed when I picked it up.

Customer Service

Excellent customer service from my technician Patty to Matt who initially checked me in. I had an issue with Enterprise coming to get me even though I rebooked the pickup and Matt called immediately when I arrived at Fix Auto. Long story short after waiting for quite a long period of time he finally got them to come by contacting the manager. I got a car upgrade for the inconvenience. I appreciated Matt’s intervention.

From the moment I walked in, everyone was super friendly and helpful with my situation. They also helped me process an old claim that I had to pause due to personal reasons and simply took on the challenge of helping me push it through. I was always kept updated on status of my repairs and given realistic expectations- which was greatly appreciated. The repairs themselves are pretty great! I didn’t realize how much I enjoyed my car until it was brought back to its full potential and I have now decided to keep my car. I would absolutely recommend this shop!!

Very impressive, the quality of the work is excellent and I was shocked that they fix my car in 16 days. But even more important to this senior citizen was the way I was treated by Matt. This is the front desk gentleman he notice my frustration and state of mind. This was my second accident in seven weeks and the previous body shop that work in my car. It wasn’t a pleasant experience. I definitely appreciate his kindness. He even help me with my rental issues, his professionalism, personality, mannerism, and a calmness about him made me feel at ease , you don’t find that kind of customer service in many places these days.
