Jonathan did a great job keeping me informed of the progress. The repair was excellent and I’m having no problems with the vehicle. Someone did steal my handicap parking pass but I realize.that is my fault for not removing it from the vehicle’s glove box. To be completely fair, the car spent one night at another tow yard, so somebody there could’ve taken it. Thank you.
