Since day 1 dan and his team members had made me feel welcomed. Everytime I had visited I would go to my car and take a look and start the engine to have my car run once inawhile, I'm very connected to my car and it was a way I can make sure it's ok, and an employee told me he will turn on my car every couple days for me so I can save time from coming down, that was nice to offer to a customer . I Know there are some people that really love their cars whether is an older or newer model and we care about it and we wonder about our cars at home and they gave me the reassurance to let it be known it was in great and handled with care. I definitely would recommend my future friends and family Here if they needed car repairs absolutely

Ryan was extremely helpful throughout the repair. I just happen to be driving by the Gibson shop one day and thought I would stop in to get an estimate. Best decision I could have made. To my relief Ryan explained that because the damage was cause by weather ( high wind projectile) that I should check with my insurance for comprehensive vs collision. What a difference that made! I was able to afford the deductible. But that’s not all. He was able to get my car in and repaired, sooner than expected! I got constant updated texts letting me know what stage my car was at. It came back several days sooner and was beautiful! So happy I happened by this body shop! Ryan, thank you so much!

I am so impressed with Ryan and caliber collision. Ryan was very informative and caring. I am so happy I chose to go here for my repairs. I hope I never have to get repairs again but I will most definitely use them if I ever need to again.

Joe and Gabby are the BEST! I truly appreciate them both and everything went so smooth and quick. I expected my car to be done in 2 weeks but they got it done within a week! Someone stole my catalytic converter :( but they fixed it right now in no time! Wonderful costumer service, Joe is so sweet, knowledgeable, professional and helpful and Gabby is great! She kept me in the loop on things and was always there if I had a question. Thanks for everything :)
