When we 1st tried to get an appointment we were on hold for over 45 minutes, then hung up on. When we called back we were on hold for almost 30 mins, we decided to go in person and found the receptionist scrolling through her phone. We were greeted and waited for her as she answered the phone and put that person on hold. We were told appointments were 2 weeks out for assessment, later was told to come back tomorrow to have it done. Overall I gave her an 8, customer service should be her priority after all her face is the first thing we see when we walk in. As I am experienced in Customer Service and I expect it to be given and received with Excellence.
