My interaction with the repair service involved two employees. The receptionist, Patricia, welcomes customers with friendliness and attention to their needs. Service Advisor, Dan Nevil, assured me from the first that all repairs would be completed to my satisfaction. I felt confident my car was in good hands. Dan kept me informed throughout the repair process. The repairs were completed ahead of schedule. Upon completion, Dan explained the repairs in detail and the warranty. I am completely satisfied with the repairs and appreciate the excellent customer service from Dan Nevil and Patricia.

Meeting Tom helped us getting our car looked at . Otherwise the front lady would have send us away with a request to come back in a couple of weeks . She did when we went there two weeks prior . After Tom took over the repair he worked with safeco adjuster and handled all . The car come back to us with complete repair satisfaction . Advice : let a repair customer specialist talk to customers instead of a secretary at a front desk . Our car would have been repaired several weeks earlier .
