I was pleased with the communication. I always knew where they were in the process. The car looks great. I cannot see where I had a fender bender. There are no new sounds when I drive the car which means they did great at completing the body work.

Jovani was wonderful to work with. He kept me up to date on the progress of the car. If I did not understand something he would take the time to explain it to me. He was absolutely amazing to work with! The young lady at the front desk was pleasant and had great customer service.
