Lack in communication, when we are being told that they have contacted the claims department and stating they didn't approve the repairs and attempting to charge us. Then when speaking with multiple people in the claims department all stating the same thing; that they never received any calls regarding any updates to damages and there were no denials from the claims department.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They did a great job on my car and reassured me that everything was going to be fine. I would definitely recommend them.

I think overall the work that was done was good. However, the reason we probably will not use Caliber Collision again at this location was that we believe we had some money in the center console and it was not there after we picked up the vehicle and noticed it when we got the vehicle back home.
