I received a call at 7:30 am this morning stating that the repairs were completed. We arrived around 3:00 pm to pick up my vehicle. I looked at it and they had done an awesome job, but I had noticed that the black textured antiscuff luggage sticker on the flat surface of the bumper was not there. Junior promptly drove it to the back. I waited while they installed it. I should have told them that I would come back as not to rush them. Upon inspecting it I noticed it wasn't aligned properly, which was disappointing. I pointed it out to Junior and asked if they could remove it and put a new one on. He replied that it would peel the new paint off. I didn't want to have them keep my car longer and redo it all over, so I accepted it the way it is.

I was super happy with the results of my Scion FR-S when I picked it up. The tech that I met with prior to the repairs went over with me what would be done so if I had any questions I could ask those. I have an Affim account and this body shop accepts that so I was able to make payments and I was really grateful for that. The sevice tech David Biggs was great friendly and informative and I really appreciated that. My car was even finished sooner than projected so that was great too. The guy that hit my vehicle asked me who performed the repairs on my vehicle, so I gave him Junior's card. Someone rear-ended him the day my car was completed.
