The quality of the repair was good and I was happy with the customer service. However, when I started the claim with my truck, they told me that they would have to take off the bed of my truck. Immediately I thought of my fifth wheel trailer hitch. If they removed the bed, they would have to unbolt the hitch to the frame. I specifically told them that I wanted them to triple check this as it could get dangerous if it would come undone while towing an 11k pound trailer. They said that they would add notes to the file. When I picked it up, I took my truck to the place that installed my hitch (because I didn’t trust the body shop) and asked them to double check Calibers work. Sure enough, the workers did not tighten all the bolts into the frame of the truck. This is a HUGE LIABILITY to your body shop if something happened to my truck or my family. This is why I probably wouldn’t ever recommend this shop to anyone.
