Great job on my vehicle! Karen was amazing, professional and empathetic to the situation. Overall 10/10 they even replaced the aftermarket badges the other parties insurance refused to pay for. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Took too long to repair because at first used parts were ordered and they were trying to repair the broken parts instead of ordering new parts from the beginning. Staff was friendly. Just wish whoever does the appraisal would had push to use new parts since the beginning to avoid this delay. We were given new dates twice.

Jacob was great from start to finish. Kept us updated on the repairs. As always your staff did an excellent job and did it in a timely manner. Took 3 days instead of the 8 that was supposed to take. Office staff was also very pleasant and helpful. Would recommend caliber to anyone. Again Thank You for an amazing job.
