Jacob was great from start to finish. Kept us updated on the repairs. As always your staff did an excellent job and did it in a timely manner. Took 3 days instead of the 8 that was supposed to take. Office staff was also very pleasant and helpful. Would recommend caliber to anyone. Again Thank You for an amazing job.

The grill is in bad condition. It was a used grill and you can tell it has weather damage. It's worse than the grill we had on before we brought our vehicle in. When we picked up our vehicle I noticed it and mentioned it to the employee but the vehicle had just been washed and we thought the chrome would "shine up".
