I throughly enjoyed working with Janelle, but I was disappointed when Matt called to tell me I needed a new battery and that he told me the lowest price was $350. When I balked at the price, he dropped it to $200. I ended up paying $139 for the battery with the core charge added in. I didn’t appreciate the exorbitant markup of the battery.
