Emblem was outdated and no longer in stock . I liked my old one better but that couldn’t be done. The vehicle with the new emblem looks great and I am overall satisfied with the fine workmanship. Most appealing was a throughout inside detailing and cleaning that wasn’t expected… and they had their hands full!! Thank you so much for this extra consideration for your customers.

I said I’d never use caliber collision again after another caliber shop messed up my suv. I had a ver minor issue on my BMW and the shop I used sold out to caliber and I refused to use them at first. The staff that was still employed by the other shop was still on board and asked me to trust them so I take a chance. From the lady at the desk to the guys in the shop are the reason I used them and I have to say they were awesome. Down to earth staff was my reason and my only reason! I’d use this shop only again!
