The repairs were over all completed well but not in the scheduled time frame. I also lose a bit of faith when a job is notified as complete but one half of the car is completely different from the other.

The repairs were done well but I am a bit dissatisfied with how they stored my car and how they finished fixing it. When I got the notification that my car was complete it was at around 5 pm on Tuesday. The next day at 8 am I arrived to get my car before work and the attendant had to remove my car from the back lot under a tree. After moving 5 cars that were in front of my recently completed SUV, the attendant then told me that the lining design on my car doors had not been replaced and that they did not have the specific silver color that it originally had. after offering me colors like red, blue, and black I finally said I want the color that’s closest to what I had before. After another 30 mins my car was finally completed. In addition to that there was bird poo and pollen all over it which is not what you want to see on a repainted car. They also charged me the deductible fee before I even saw my car. That was another reason I was dissatisfied with the service. My car should be complete and in my vision before I pay or sign papers but that was their policy there.

Decent customer service. The attendant did try to get similar colored lining but it was mainly sitting and waiting.

This is my second time with caliber collision & I'm completely satisfied with the work done to my cx5. The work was done under warranty this time around with no issues on their end & they also cover my rental. The whole process was smooth & fast...much thanks to Caliber collision & the repair team.
