Overall I'd rare my experience with Caliber a 6. The staff were friendly and the repairs appeared to be done well. However, up until dropping the car off for repair the communication about when to bring it in was poor. I had to call multiple times to figure out when they'd be taking the car.

I received the link through the Statefarm ap to either make an apt for an estimate or for the repair and so forth. I spoke with a lovely young lady who set me up with an apt very quick and easy. When I did get to Caliber for my apt, the signals were crossed but Joe was able to help me out. Joe had me updated at every turn along with the text messages from Caliber. It was really refreshing to know my car was really being taken care of.
