I want to start by acknowledging the team members who were genuinely helpful throughout this process. John at the front desk went above and beyond to streamline communication with my insurance adjuster, especially when they weren’t being responsive. Chris, the General Manager, also offered thoughtful guidance on how to navigate the claim process, communicate with the insurance rep, and manage the follow-up steps after the accident. Their professionalism and willingness to assist are truly appreciated. Unfortunately, my overall experience with the repair work itself was disappointing. When I was told my truck was ready for pickup the first time, I arrived to find multiple issues that had been overlooked like visible scratches and dents, bubbles in the paint, still-damaged molding, and even glass left on the floor of the vehicle. The doors had a gritty, sand-like texture, and the brand-new door that was installed already had very noticeable damage, which I had to point out on the spot. I then discovered that the trunk of my vehicle had sustained several noticeable scratches that were not there before the repair. I was told (after my truck was already in the shop’s possession) that the seats would be removed to vacuum out the glass. It was only after my first pickup attempt that I learned the doors of the vehicle had been stored inside the trunk. Had I known this prior to drop-off, I would have taken photos of the trunk area along with the exterior damage. I was told that because there was no proof, the shop couldn’t confirm whether the damage occurred during the repair process. Based on the nearly symmetrical scratches, I believe the damage likely happened while the doors (or seats) were being placed into or removed from the trunk area as the marks clearly suggest that something being pushed in or pulled out caused the damage. When I went to pick up the truck on the final visit, I noticed that oil or shine had been applied to the damaged areas in what seemed to be an attempt to reduce the appearance of the scratches (the same was done for the scratches on the molding which were supposed to be replaced). This was done without discussion or explanation, and while it made the area appear darker, the scratches are still visible and the plastic siding is still loose. I now have to work directly with my dealership and cover additional costs to at minimum, replace the interior trunk siding. Even on the second time I went to pick up my truck, about another week or so later, there were still several items that had not been addressed. I ended up having to leave the vehicle for an additional few hours so those issues — which I had already identified during my first pick up attempt — could finally be addressed. For a 2025 vehicle that I've only had for 5 months at the time of the accident, I expected much more care and attention to detail. While I truly appreciate Chris and John for their communication and guidance, I cannot confidently recommend this location or the Calliber Collision chain for major repair work due to the lack of attention to detail and overall quality of the final results.

Nobody wants to deal with Jerry
Repair Quality - 1.5/5.0 -
Inner tail light on drivers side was not hooked up properly and camera on trunk was not fixed. A guy named Jerry obviously has some issues and needs to be handled. He tries to be disrespectful and acts weird when you call him out on it. He thought he could scare someone by walking up to them while he was grabbing his keys giving the impression he was about to be violent. He thinks he can bully the customer and get in their personal space without being told to back off. This is the type of guy who shouldn’t be around people. He’s one of those people who need to disrespect you before he does the job he is paid for. A very unnecessary and weird person.

While we hope not to need their services again, if we do, Caliber Collision in Irvington will be our top choice. Jerry and John guided us through the entire process, keeping us updated every step of the way. Their professionalism and understanding were truly impressive. Despite facing some challenges with insurance, I was worried we wouldn’t get our truck back in time. However, Caliber handled everything seamlessly! Our truck looked as if it had just rolled off the dealership lot. The team in the shop, Mike and Jose, truly amazed us. I would recommend Caliber Collision any day of the week!
