Everything looks good however it's a least car so I don't know how they going to feel about the step under the front doors being replaced but other than that I'm satisfied and even with that I'm still satisfied however it's not my car

When I first called in about dropping my car off Luz was very warm and assuring her communication is spot on, very informative she really brought the experience to the next level always talked with a smile and had an even better attitude in person. When I got there I met Mr. Jerry and he really took care of me I appreciate his communication right off to bat letting me know when my car would be ready and when I received my car it was shiny brand new I couldn’t be more pleased. I don’t want to have to return but if for some unfortunate event I had to this would be my first choice

The estimate provided by Jerry was thorough and comprehensive, yet easy to understand. Luz was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to deal with for logistics, insurance coordination, and billing. The team was very accomodating to my daughter's work and travel schedule, completing the work on the car over the Thanksgiving holiday while she traveled home to Georgia. The car was ready when she got back to New Jersey. The whole experience was smooth and seamless. We are very satisfied, and highly recommend Caliber, and this location in particular. Overall ranking 10 out of 10!
