My #1 recommendation is that Caliber promote Amanda! I was impressed with her knowledge, concern, regular follow-up and attention to detail. Excellent service from the very first day I dropped car off. Amanda always kept me informed of the schedule and what needed to be completed. And when it’s time to pick up car was ready and Stayed late for us as we got There little later due to work. Overall Excellent

All in all well satisfied. Was a little disappointed that when we pointed out the wheel well liner was gapped a bit in comparison to the other side of the car and what it used to look like we were told that it was an aftermarket piece and that was all insurance would pay for.
