All in all well satisfied. Was a little disappointed that when we pointed out the wheel well liner was gapped a bit in comparison to the other side of the car and what it used to look like we were told that it was an aftermarket piece and that was all insurance would pay for.

I dropped my car off on May 4th they kept ot until June 2nd then sent it to another collision place on June 3rd and then it was there for almost 3 weeks. They never communicated that they were going to do that, I only live 3 minutes away, I would have picked my car up and went somewhere else. Poor customer service at Bedford collision. I had to pay $500 deductible which is fine but $600 for a rental that I had pay because collision held on to my car unnecessarily was horrible. I'll never go back and wouldn't refer them to anyone
