Caliber Collision in Jefferson, OH was first class from start to finish. They communicated very well and were a terrific liaison. Jeff and Amanda provided outstanding customer service. The work on the van was top notch. It looks better than it did before the damage. Caliber will be top of my list should such services be needed in the future.

Your team is awesome! For the guys back in the shop making my vehicle look brand new inside and out, I’m very pleased with how everything turned out. Your hard work and effort on this project definitely shows! For the office, your communication daily was awesome! I felt like i left my vehicle at a daycare and you kept me updated basically every step of the way. Where is the star button because I’d definitely leave you 5 or whatever the max amount is!

10 star experience from start to finish. Amanda and Jeff in the office keeping me updated on the entire project exceeded my expectation. And when I came to pick my vehicle up, Anthony was making my vehicle spotless. (That’s the cleanest it has been since I bought the vehicle) Talk about a great company!

First, Amanda was amazing. She was knowledgeable and Kept me informed and up-to-date through the whole process and made it as convenient for me as possible. Jeff did a great job when I picked the vehicle up coming out and explaining everything and kudos to caliper. The vehicle was immaculate and will get any future business that hopefully I won’t need.

Very happy with the work looks great !! Jeff and so sorry can’t remember the female that works out front was so kind and professional and very helpful with all pats and sending info to my insurance co.
