I was very With the service from Caliber. My car was taken care of in a very timely manner. I was given frequent updates on the status of my repair. I was rear ended and there was also a mixup between the insurance company and Caliber causing them to fix the front bumper instead of the back (totally not Calibers fault). They handled the situation so well and took great care of my vehicle. They also did not charge me for the mistake. I really appreciate everything they did and I will definitely use Caliber again if necessary.

Everyone I talked with was nice (especially Mason and Josh); however, we were outright lied to about the status of my mom's car from the very beginning. Also, we were NEVER updated by anyone even though we were assured we would receive a call back and regular updates. We placed every call throughout the process. Very disappointing.
