From my first visit to picking up the car I felt very confident I selected the right shop . When I dropped it off Eric sat with me and explained everything and took his time the text updates were really appreciated. Zoey was very helpful and I enjoyed chatting with them both . When I picked up the car Eric walked me out made sure I was happy with the work which I was. The overall experience was great . Phenomenal. They were the only bright side of this whole repair. Issues from insurance and rental car place both. Gerber was fantastic! Regular updates. Worked so hard to fix the issues with the rental company. Zoey, Eric, and Cameron were all so helpful!
