Well…. your bid was by far higher than any of the several bids we got, We have to say we are disappointed in the results. Slight orange peel in places. Slight scratches in places like it was wiped down with something abrasive We had a friend tell us you did very well on his vehicle so we expected better. If you inspected it you would see.

You guys did great from start to finish. Friendly and easy to work with. The car looks fantastic and the work completed quickly. As far as what the insurance paid etc, I think you guys went above and beyond what you had to do. My only issue right now is since I received the car back the front end has a shimmy and doesn’t feel right. Worse at higher speed. It may be either the alignment or the refurbished wheel. I plan on having the front two wheels rebalanced and a new alignment done to see if that fixes the issue. If the issue comes that the remanufactred wheel doesn’t balance correctly, I’ll either see if you guys can replace it with a brand new wheel and I pay the difference. If you can send the remanufactured back. If not I may be forced to get rid of the car and get another one. I’ll be in touch. Thank you so much

I wasn’t expecting them to get the dent completely removed from my truck because of the location. When I picked up the truck, I virtually couldn’t see the dent at all. They exceeded my expectations.
