Hello’! This is what I wrote in my 5-star Google review. My experience was nothing short of amazing. I didn’t wind up there on purpose - my own one-year-old car, which still seemed brand-new to me, new had been hit. The other driver’s insurance company said the experience would be smoother and quicker if used Caliber, which is in-network. I didn’t love that idea and was nervous about getting the body repairs handled at shop I was unfamiliar with, but I called to ask a question. From the second Mason at Caliber picked up my call, it felt like his team was moving mountains to make it a good experience. Matt oversaw the work, which was flawless, and my car looks brand-new again When I picked up my car, Caliber’s regional manager also came outside to make sure everything was as it should be. The friendly and professional service at Caliber made the whole experience much less stressful. Thank you.

They did an amaImg job on the repairs to my car. They even went as far as to deep.clean my car. I was so pleased when I got my car back. Will choose them everytime for vehicles repairs.

I was very pleased with my experience with Caliber Collision in Joplin, Mo. 64801 They followed through with letting me know what was happening, what my deductible cost would be. They kept my car the time they said it would take them AND they washed my car and cleaned it up inside before I picked it up from them!
