I have never been a customer but they treated me like I had been using them for years kept me well updated on the car and I told them no rush due to having a rental the car they took care of looks like it had never even had anything wrong with it and once they did complete the repairs they worked very well with my schedule to get the car picked up no rush whatsoever I’m very glad that I used them highly recommend and lifetime warranty on the work as long as it was related to the work they done once again I would use them in the future great work and easy to work with

The caliber collision staff we’re we’re very nice and and professional. The restoration on my vehicle was done very well. There was a missed spot on the handle of one door and when I pointed it out to them, it was immediately taken back to the shop and taken care of to my satisfaction. My car looks as good as it did before the accident and I’m pleased.

The staff was friendly & helpful. The did a good job of matching the paint on my car and taking out the scratches and dents. When I noticed a small missed spot on the door handle they immediately took it back into the work space and a few hours later my car was in perfect condition. I would use them again!
