No one is happy about having to bring their vehicle in for repairs and leaving it there for days...especially around the holidays. I am not exaggerating when I say that Caliber made the entire experience as painless as it could have ever possibly been. From the moment I walked in, I was treated as if I was a priority. I didn't understand how they could be so relaxed and attentive since their parking lot was PACKED. I even bragged to my husband about the first impressions I got from Caliber. I received several updates as the repairs took place. I physically went to Caliber unannounced just to see for myself how things were really coming along (yes, I am THAT customer). The lobby was packed with other customers. I was walking towards the front desk to ask a question, but one of the mechanics was in the lobby and asked if he could help me with anything. I told him I was just checking on my vehicle. He asked which one. I just told him the year, make, and model and he was able to tell me (without looking up anything or asking anyone else) exactly what was still left to do. I was super impressed! The top notch service lasted through the entire process. The day my vehicle was ready, they called to make arrangement for me to be able to get my vehicle that day even though I did not get off work until after they closed. No wonder their parking lot and lobby were so crowded. In the future, I will not take my vehicle anywhere else!
