9 the right side fender badge (Z71) is is missing, I stopped by this morning and they said the parts house sent the wrong one, and I didn’t notice til this morning. Once this is applied the truck will be 100 %. I wonder how long this would have been if I hadn’t noticed?!

Been back to shop multiple times after getting vehicle back. Major concerns for other missed issues or unsatisfactory work. The bodywork looks good but the mechanical side has issues.

Friendly in person and on the phone but my dissatisfaction comes from constantly being lied to and mislead for months. There was no honesty in the repair process which had extensive delays.
