I think they could have treated me much more professional in the fact that when you hand me back my keys and you know tha the car has a weird sound and basically you're handing me back a broken car and then you tell me to go over to the mechanic next door and then the mechanic says that the noise didn't exist with what they had fixed prior to the accident and then I go back and your company says haha did too and the other places like no and I am like no and then to find out that you know here I'm hit by a big S UV and don't get realized nothing it's just no I'm not as a business owner going to refer Anybody the receptionist was awesome that's who was awesome Tracy

I came in and when my car was done and all the money was collected from my insurance and my $500 deductible I left with a car that was louder and basically broken I was told to go over the Mechanic next door they were contradicting stories my car was never put up on rafters looked underneath it was never A-line my car pulls to one side and has a noise so loud that when I'm in the bank Line they ask me to shut it offI'm a business owner I'm a business owner I am mom dad and business ownerAnd very upsat because when I brought the car to you it did not have that kind then the game betweenThe people and what 1 mechanic heard but wouldn't hurt here and the fact that they never even looked underneath the car or even aligned it after it was hit so I just left with the broken car and what seemed like a bunch of babble and you guys got a lot of money and I am a female business owner single parentAnd have a huge social media following as I'm a celebrity makeup artist I'm very disappointed I didn't bring it back because I felt like they weren't even trusting each other how could I trust them and no one was gonna rectify the situation I paid $9000 for that truck you guys took almost 710001000 plus I had to pay $500 deductiveIn the week before I was hit I had to pay $700 for something else so I just feel like I should blast my story out to 50000 peopleWho leaves with a broken car and a noise that didn't exist when I came. I think the whole thing is pretty shameful
