From the time I walked into the lobby, until I picked up my vehicle after the repairs, I was treated with the utmost professionalism by all the staff members. They kept me informed during the repair process and promptly answered any questions I had. Caliber got me in right away for an estimate. I don’t have an alternative car, so they found me a discount rate at Enterprise car rental. I told them I had a trip that I needed my SUV for as it was highway miles to an airport 3 hours away. They expedited my repair and I had it repaired in time. Plus, my car was a lot cleaner inside than how I gave to them. Grateful.
