When I told my friends in Green Bay that my car was in La Crosse being repaired, all I heard was that it would be a long time until I could pick it up, maybe months! But it was only a month, and Makayla contacted me every few days keeping me informed about its progress. And my Subaru looks beautiful! Good job!

I n spite of supply chain and other difficulties, Caliber Collision was able to complete all the work on my car in a month. Since they are located in La Crosse and I live in Green Bay we had to communicate through email. I received information regularly. I would recommend them to anyone

I would recommend it but most of the people in my family are mechanics and most of them are owns or work at body shops.

I due believe tha i was very statified about the serves that i was given. I did take a lot longer that it was estimed but i understand that there was parts that was attached to the car that would take a long time to recieve. The customer serves was great and i would return to the body shop if anything happen to the cars.

They were very good and friendly and respectful let me know every day how things was going. The manager went above to help me out. I’ve never had a manager ever do this before. If I was in need of bodywork this would be my first choice

The employees (especially Tracy) were very nice, as was the owner or manager (not sure which he was.) There was a delay in getting a part, but after I called, Caliber facilitated finding one through the after-market and ended up getting a manufacturer’s part afterall.
