Screws to hold the wiper fluid container in place were missing. Monday and Tuesday appointments should not have been available since work didn't start until Wednesday afternoon. I was not considered a customer even though I pain 95% of the bill. I had to request the estimate.

I was ignored as a customer. There was no consideration of my time or needs as a person without transport. I could have driven my car for 3 days and dropped it off Wednesday afternoon for actual work instead of going without it since Monday morning had there been honesty with appointment times.

I really appreciated the communication throughout the whole repair process. Andy kept me in the loop and was more than willing to explain everything that needed to be done to bring my truck back to life. My truck looks new again. Thank you to all that had a part in the repair process!

My car was pushed back on completion date and total of 10 times over 6 weeks due to sick technician and ordering parts. I paid over 1300 in a rental that should have only taken 2 weeks as they quoted. When I got the vehicle back, the headlight thst wasn't broken now doesn't work. Supposed to have been updated last week but yet to hear the status after I called and texted.
