Actual repairs were fine. Quality seemed good. I was promised regular texts to update me on the status of my car, but didn't receive any. I had to call to find out if my car was ready.

The front desk ladies are amazing! I give it a 7 because my car repairs were pushed out 4 weeks and they kept telling me “tomorrow”. Constantly giving me hope to getting my car back and then would text me the day of, pushing it to “tomorrow” multiple times. If my car is going to need 2 extra weeks for reassembling just say that.
