I am truly impressed with the thorough communication. Every stage of the repair I was made aware of and handling the extension of my car rental was superb. Even the QC inspection was handled with the utmost professionalism. Found a flaw called me immediately to let me know that it was not up to their standards and was remedied immediately. Hello. Once we picked the car up, we found that the rear powered seats, the garage door opener on the visor, and a few of the interior lights had no power at all. All of these items were working before we brought the car up there for repair. Any idea as to what has happened? Thanks

I think the work looks great. The repair time was very fast. My only complaint is that I wanted all correspondence and communication to go through my son since he was handling it all for me. But it all came to me and I had to forward it to him.
