Couldn’t have asked for a better job or service writer. She was amazing. A Dorthy is a go-getter and gets her job done. I could not say enough nice things about her. The only thing that took a little bit longer than we knew was going to happen with. I ended up needing a front and alignment and she got it taken care of ASAP thanks A Dorthy you’re a gem!!!!

Jeff was fantastic to work with, he updated me throughout the process, explained everything very well, and was very respectful. The first paint job was a little messed up but they made it right and fixed it without any trouble. I had my car in the shop previously back in 2023 and it was a horrible experience, I was nervous to drop it off again even somewhere different. I hope I don’t have to be back for obvious reasons but if something unexpected happens, I would definitely come back to this shop and recommend it to others!

This was the worst experience I have ever had! Cody, the manager was the worst individual to deal with during the process! Would never take my call or return my call. It took me going to the business at hand to get any kind of answers. Lots more to say, but I will put that in my email.

My experience with Cody was horrible! No kind of communication at all without me initiating first. I have recording of the staff telling me that they hadn’t received any information from our insurance provider in the first day that I call our insurance provider he had already put in the notes and sent over documents and also the reference for the rental. It took us going to the CALIBER facility on Lake Road for Cody to finally say that he received the documents that he needed to begin the process. He also told me that he had sent a message to Joshua from PROGRESSIVE and Joshua’s boss in regards to him not receiving any messages. I then called Joshua from PROGRESSIVE and he said there was no email received from Cody. This was the worst experience I have ever had at any collision business. I was met with outstanding customer service when I first dropped off my suburban. Cody explained the process to me and assured me that Jeff would be providing regular updates on the work being done. Each week Jeff would call and provide an explanation of the work that had been completed and what was still left to do. I was extremely pleased at how quickly parts came in and were installed. Jeff made sure all was in perfect condition before turning the car over to me. He even went above and beyond by bringing my car to me (in the pouring rain!) when it was ready because my husband was heading out of town and I didn’t have a ride to the shop. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the customer service and quality of work Caliber Collision provided. I tell everyone I can to take their car there if they ever need repairs made. Thank you!!
