Yanklin Ford Repair did an AWESOME job in the repairs but also in customer satisfaction. Both Mrs. Claudia and Mr. Alfonso went over in beyond in helping us. They had great communication and were very attentive to helping us in getting our vehicle fixed by dealing with repair cost with the insurers we had to deal with to get our vehicle fixed. They did great team work and had great customer service support like we have never before experienced with any dealership. They were very professional yet caring to our needs in getting our truck fixed. The repairs came out beautifully. When we got our truck back it looked like a New truck off the car lot. Amazing body work and detailed cleaning. We loved and appreciated our experience with Yaklin Ford Collision Center Staff and would highly recommend to anyone who is needing their vehicle fixed and would definitely recommend for honesty and customer satisfaction to be a guarantee! The truck looks new as hoped. All items appear to operate properly as anticipated. A small noise in the roof window shade that sounds like glass pieces or something when the window cover is open. Only noticeable when the shade is open and turning corners.
