I had an excellent experience with Yaklin Ford. Johnny and Crystal did an amazing job with my 2025 Ford Ranger Raptor after my son’s accident. The repairs were outstanding — you honestly cannot tell the truck was ever in an accident. They made the entire process effortless, including handling most of the communication with the insurance company. Justin Yaklin also personally stepped in to help, which I really appreciated. Please pass along my thanks to Johnny, Crystal, Justin, and the entire team. They provided excellent work and exceptional customer service, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Yanklin Ford Repair did an AWESOME job in the repairs but also in customer satisfaction. Both Mrs. Claudia and Mr. Alfonso went over in beyond in helping us. They had great communication and were very attentive to helping us in getting our vehicle fixed by dealing with repair cost with the insurers we had to deal with to get our vehicle fixed. They did great team work and had great customer service support like we have never before experienced with any dealership. They were very professional yet caring to our needs in getting our truck fixed. The repairs came out beautifully. When we got our truck back it looked like a New truck off the car lot. Amazing body work and detailed cleaning. We loved and appreciated our experience with Yaklin Ford Collision Center Staff and would highly recommend to anyone who is needing their vehicle fixed and would definitely recommend for honesty and customer satisfaction to be a guarantee!
