Totally satisfied with our service. We were kept up to date thru the whole process and the repair was completed ahead of schedule. When we picked up our car it looked like it had just come off the showroom at the dealership. The technicians just did an outstanding job.

Minor nitpicks. Wire clips not put back into slots, 'skid plate' bolts not tight and rattling, fan has strange noise, fender repair good, but noticeable if you know what to look for.

The people were very courteous but they contacted me and said my truck was ready, then when I got there, they still had a little to do. Said it would take 30 minutes, then they found out they had the wrong part. I took my truck home and they ordered the part. Supposed to be here in a week so we will reschedule and I will bring it back for 30 minute fix. I just hope when I do they won’t take forever while I’m waiting.
