I received excellent customer service from Jeff and front desk. Jeff explained every thing throughly and was very friendly. I got updates via text about my repairs. And my vehicle got repaired sooner than expected. I loved that I was able to leave my rental there after repairs. I would definitely use Caliber again if needed. Thank You
