The original estimate was one week. The revised estimate was that it would be done by 8/24. I had been told I would be kept informed, but I was not. At 4:30 pm on Wednesday I was told it passed QC and was ready, but the front bumper was racked, not straight like it was before the accident. The CS rep blamed after market parts. I want it fixed correctly.

The whole experience was pretty Smooth from drop off to pick up. The only delay was from a part not delivered on the correct day which had nothing to do with Caliber and an update every single morning was very helpful. Thank you

Thank you to Alex at the front desk for putting up with all my calls while I was waiting for my car to be done! He pretty much knew who I was when I called. Thank you to Kyle as well for updating me via text through Carwise. He left me hanging a little bit toward the end like I didn’t get notified about the calibrator not coming in until I called up there to find out, and they changed the estimated date of completion a lot but things happen and I understand I’m just happy I got my car back and it’s fixed up. Not really a complaint just wanted to let you know. Overall they did great and I’m hoping I don’t have to come back but if something happens I’ll be back for sure!
