I've worked on a body shop for over 10 years this one is about average. What I would expect from a big business chain body shop

Green paint marker was left and not washed off. Burns or grinding marks from welding left where the bed panel is welded. Tape lined left from the painter. Dropping the truck off for repairs went well. When I came to pick it up the just handed me the keys and an estimate and left me to it. No one walked me through what was repaired didn't bother to ask me if I was happy with the repair. I didn't find the issues until I was gone.

Dropping it off was fine but picking me up felt like they got their money from insurance there done with me. They just handed me a piece of paper asked me to sign and didn't say another word.
