Overall, my experience with Caliber Collision was mixed. Kevin and the staff were always courteous and professional, including Alex and Drew, but the biggest issue was the lack of follow-through and communication. What should have been a straightforward mirror repair took about three weeks. Multiple times, I was told by Kevin there were delays due to email, server, or computer issues, and twice I was told I’d receive a callback that never happened. I had to repeatedly follow up myself for updates. On the day my car was ready for pickup, Kevin asked if I would be paying because he hadn’t seen an authorization from Mr. Car Wash. I had to resend proof that approval had already been provided. He later stated the email likely went to spam, which had happened before as well. Everyone was pleasant to work with, but the communication issues and lack of follow-through unnecessarily extended the repair process and it was frustrating having to call for updates after being told I would get call backs.

I left quickly, and right from that moment, they started sending me text messages updating me on the progress of the vehicle. They kept me informed about my vehicle every step of the way—right up until the end, when they let me know it was ready for pickup. They were very kind.
