I was really impressed on the ease of the entire process. The text updates were very appreciated. Being able to ask questions and getting a fast response was impressive. The rep was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. He really took the time to explain the process, what to expect and when. I didnt feel rushed or hurried along, quite the opposite infact and thats a rare quality these days. My car looked great, it was washed and the interior clean, smelling good . The repair work was shown and explained to me at the time of pickup. Additionally the representative even secured my return of my rental, super helpful. I must say having a wrecked car isnt the best experience in the world but it seemed that everyone really went out of their way to make sure it was a painless process and that i left happy. This was my first time using caliber collision but i am definitely coming back in the future, great staff, good service, the location is clean and well kept. They did an awesome job and am so glad to have my car back and looking sharp. A++ -Daniel

I was very pleased with the service that I received from Caliber Collision...everyone from Jessica, the Receptionist, to Anthony, the Service Manager, was very professional and pleasant to deal with...I was given timely updates about the work that was being done on my car and when the work should be completed...my calls with questions were answered, always with the feeling that they wanted to do the best job possible regarding my repairs...I appreciate Anthony and his Team that did such a great job on my repairs and would not hesitate to recommend their services to others!
