The repair looked like a spray paint job. Totally a matte black color with no finish. The door still had a dent in it. Communication was also poor.

My vehicle should have been inspected prior to I being told that the vehicle was ready for pick up. I'm sure if it would have been inspected, the problem would have been caught and corrected. I left work, happy that my vehicle was ready only to leave the place disappointed and upset. Lost of time that I have to make up.
