In this day and age that cars are computers with wheels, I highly recommend Calber to others because this company is thorough, not only with the body work, but the multiple electronic equipment modules that may be affected by an accident.

Quality of body work superb. Attention to detail in all aspects of repair; kept me abreast of out of Caliber's control delays (supply chain, third party vendors, etc.). Attentive to my initial assistance installing two new tires in the front of vehicle. Third time I use Caliber (once in Virginia, two in Florida) with the same outstanding results.

There was no rental car reserved for me , when I took my car to Caliber at the opportune. Therefore I had to pay a private person $120.00 for 2 1/2 days over the weekend! To transport me to Tampa to watch/babysit my grandkids as prearranged with their father. However, I think that should have been nationwide responsibility to reserve the vehicle for me at Enterprise, but I was told by the adjuster that caliber should have arranged it and that is why I am grading them at five as a neutral because I don’t really know who is responsible I should’ve been responsible for reserving that vehicle for me at Enterprise.
