Natalie and Vanessa were amazing. This was a traumatic event for me to go through and they really made me feel so comfortable and continually reached out to me through every step of the process. If and hopefully I won’t need it but if I ever did I would absolutely go back there for repairs. You can’t even tell that there was anything ever wrong with my truck, I don’t know the backend people, but they did a fabulous job.

There seems to be some overspray on the back panel so my car has a rough feel to it instead of being smooth like the rest of the car. Also, part of the molding wasn’t in completely, and I had to bring in back in for them to push the clip in. While doing so, they put a deep scratch in the rear piece of molding. I couldn’t do anything because I was in the middle of moving to another city.

My dissatisfaction does not pertain to the quality of the actual repair, which looks good. My dissatisfaction comes from the fact that the car looked like it had been washed only in certain places, and I think as a courtesy, the entire car should have been washed and dried. In addition, the floor mats were thrown into the back of the trunk space, and were clearly dirty, and had to be recleaned by your staff.
