The work looks great. I was extremely impressed with the customer service at the Caliber Collision Ulmerton Road location. Their communication was wonderful, especially all the updates. They went above & beyond to make everything as easy as possible for me. Shout-outs to Vanessa, Patty and Natalie for excellent service.

Although having an accident with a brand new car is never an enjoyable experience dealing with Vanesa from Caliper Collision made the experience pleasant and definitely less stressful. She reached out to me constantly and kept me informed on how the repair to my vehicle was going. And when it would be finished. After I picked up my vehicle and had a couple concerns and questions Vanesa contacted me immediately to check on my concerns and questions. She assured me that she would personally make sure any questions or concerns I had would be addressed and taken care of to my complete satisfaction. I can’t say enough about how she turned an unhappy situation into an enjoyable experience. As I owned and ran an automobile mechanical repair shop on Long Island , New York for 45 years I knew how important customer support and relationships were. I always knew and understood how important communication with a customer was and how important customer satisfaction was not just when a customer would bring in a vehicle for service but more importantly after a customer had paid for a repair and had taken their vehicle from my establishment. I was absolutely impressed when I received a phone call from Vanesa asking me if I was completely satisfied with my vehicle and the service I received. When she heard I had a couple of issues and concerns she immediately wanted to address them and insured me that any issues or concerns I had would not only be addressed and taken care of to my satisfaction but would also take her top priority. Thanks to dealing with Vanesa and the way she handled my concerns I would give Caliber Collision a A+ rating and would recommend to all my friends and neighbors that if they have an accident or are in need of a body shop to go to Caliper Collision. Vanesa definitely understands the importance of customer relationships and satisfaction. I wish when I had my shop I had someone like Vanesa working for me.

I’m happy with the work that Caliper Collision did on my 2025 Honda CRV. The car looks like it was never hit. I’m more impressed and happy with the constant updates on my vehicle that I received from Vanesa who works for Caliper Collision. There wasn’t a day that went by when I didn’t receive a message and update about how the repair to my car was going. She answered any and all questions and concerns that I had. There wasn’t a day a couple small bumps in the road as the repairs moved forward. Vanesa assured me that any concerns that I had would be addressed and that I would be completely satisfied when I got my car back. She assured me that customer satisfaction was her main goal. Even after I picked up my vehicle and Calipers Collision was paid in full Vanesa reached out to me to make sure I was completely happy with the repairs. She told me that any issues or concerns that I had that I should reach out to her. She told me that my satisfaction with the repairs was her main goal. I ran a mechanical auto repair shop on Long Island New York for 45 years. I knew how important customer satisfaction was to my business and how I was able to grow my business. Vanesa impressed me completely. She certainly understands and knows how important customer service and satisfaction is to a business and Caliper Collision. I wish I had someone like Vanesa working for me when I had and operated my repair facility in New York. Because of Vanesa I give Caliber Collision and Vanesa a #10 and an “A+ “ rating.

As I explained in my previous remarks I give Vanesa a definite #10 for customer service. She reached out to me daily to keep me updated on how the repairs were going on my vehicle. She assured me that any issues or concerns that I may have would be addressed and handled to my satisfaction. Even after I picked up my vehicle she assured me that my satisfaction was her main goal. She reached out to me to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the repairs to my vehicle. She assured me that if I had any issues or concerns that she was there to address them and would handle them completely to my satisfaction. As I stated earlier I ran a repair shop for 45 years on LI , New York. I know how important customer satisfaction is to a business and how customer satisfaction can make or break a business. I wish I had someone like Vanesa working for me when I owned and operated my repair shop. I give Vanesa a definite #10.
