I never received a call on the status of my vehicle. I only had a couple minor dents, for which they took 15 days to repair. I'm sure if I hadn't called they would have taken longer.

I will be calling the office tomorrow. I wasn't there to inspect the vehicle when it was dropped off to my husband. There is damage still that was missed. I'm not sure how it could have passed the "full quality" inspection. I'm sure they will rectify this, however I am now being inconvenienced.

I am waiting on a call back to find out the results of the investigation into my son's missing keychain. The body work was great but having something turn up missing from the vehicle that was entrusted in the care of Caliber is really disappointing. If this is not resolved, we cannot recommend this business, nor return for repeat business based on lack of ethics and integrity alone. I hope for a satisfactory resolution so we are not permanently left with a bad experience.
