I am waiting on a call back to find out the results of the investigation into my son's missing keychain. The body work was great but having something turn up missing from the vehicle that was entrusted in the care of Caliber is really disappointing. If this is not resolved, we cannot recommend this business, nor return for repeat business based on lack of ethics and integrity alone. I hope for a satisfactory resolution so we are not permanently left with a bad experience.

It was an overall wonderful experience. I felt very informed and attended to the entire time. Christian was amazing and made sure that I could get my car around my work schedule. He even came early so I could pick my car up from work and made sure to explain everything. And not to mention you can't beat free popcorn in the lobby am I right?
