They were very good. Thorough review of the damage by Doug and follow through by Natalie. They took care of the damage and called me to tell that it is done, a day earlier than Friday the 24th. I picked my car up Thursday morning and left my Enterprise rental at Caliber. They told me that Enterprise will pick it up. Impressive response and follow through. Thank you Doug and Natalie.
