I was absolutely impressed and confident the moment I walked through the front door of Caliber and was greeted by Natalie. After a brief conversation Natalie called Doug to check out my damaged car Doug was totally efficient and explained everything to be repaired as he checked all the damage. He was very engaging and thorough as he examined the damage. Upon return to the office Natalie told me she had contacted the car rental agency and they were on the way to pick me up and take me to a rental agency. Over the days the car was in repair Doug made it a point to keep me apprised of the repair work. He texted me daily! I was thrilled to know the progress. The day I was called that my car was ready I was shocked as they finished my car a week earlier than promised! Amazing I went in and Doug took me out to see my car. It was beautiful, like an accident never happened? Bottom line: totally efficient, professional, exceptional care for the customer, superior experience! I cannot ALL of you enough.

This is Terry, Joan’s son-in-law who handled the claim for her. I have not personally seen the car yet as my brother in law picked it up He said it looked great. The experience was a very positive one despite your location having a significant power outage the morning I dropped the car off. Patty handled the entire process seamlessly. She was incredibly professional and personable.

My truck sat for 2 weeks at caliber on 301 before being transferred to a location equipped to work on my truck and I felt as though me and my truck was not a priority. Everything went went after the transfer.
