I got updated multiple times about when my vehicle would be repaired. The first time was delayed by a week, which I understood as that happens and was told a part was being shipped to repair my car and I got subsequent updates that my car would still be ready by this new date and even called to confirm it. Then on that new day it wasn’t ready yet even though it was just told to me it will be the previous days then was told it would only take one more day and it still wasn’t ready by that day either so it was delayed three times and I was only told that it wouldn’t be ready on the day of, so all plans revolving around having my car or getting it back was completely abolished. The customer service was helpful and I appreciated their efforts however, constantly being updated that my car will be ready a particular day only for that to be delayed and only notified the day of, was greatly annoying.

It's okay. Truck came back nice as you all washed and cleaned it. But quality wise, there are some issues. Broken license light fixture. Thr clip was broken when wiggled, then it fell off. They come cheap from factory anyways. Bumper, misaligned. Not enough to complain. But one side is about 3/4th of an inch gap. The passenger side, button of bumper is touching my body panel. Due to excessive gap on driver side. Or poor non-oem part. Visual inspection would have fixed these issues. Paint is good.
